These times apply to available pieces and vary with the destination, availability and nature of each piece. For made-to-measure rugs, making and delivery times depend on the dimensions, the model and the weaving; you will receive an estimate before your order is confirmed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary with the destination, the dimensions and the nature of the piece, as well as the shipping service chosen. The final amount is always shown to you before you pay. For an accurate quote, please contact us before placing your order.

Customs duties and taxes

Every piece ships from Marrakech, Morocco. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. They are included neither in the price of the piece nor in the shipping costs, and are payable by the customer.
