Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are buying as a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To do so, tell us clearly within that period, by email at therootscornerm@gmail.com or by WhatsApp, giving your order and the piece concerned.

2. Returning a piece

Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, carefully packed, in the condition in which you received it. Return shipping is at your expense. Our pieces are fragile and most are one of a kind, so we recommend a tracked and insured shipment: write to us first and we will tell you how to pack it safely.

3. Refund

We refund the price of the piece and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your withdrawal, by the payment method you used. We may wait until the piece is back with us. If it comes back damaged by handling beyond what was needed to examine it, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

4. Made-to-measure rugs

A Mrirt rug woven to your own dimensions or your own design is made to your specifications, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to it. Finished rugs and rugs from our collections in a listed size are covered by it like any other piece.

5. Pieces damaged on arrival

If a piece arrives broken or damaged, contact us as soon as possible after delivery, within 7 days if you can, with photographs of the package and of the piece, and keep the packaging.

Once the damage is confirmed, we refund the piece in full, delivery included. If you prefer, we can instead arrange a repair where one is possible, or a credit note. A credit note is only ever offered as a choice, never imposed.

None of this affects the legal guarantees that apply to your purchase.
